Pierre Belin Paul managed my diminished value claim to resolution, dealing with the at-fault partys insurance (which was under insured, making things more challenging) and my own insurance and got them to settle. The process, save for some initial homework and the outcome was pretty much the best case scenario for me. I fully recommend Pauls services. Just beware that you need to be armed with patience to see a DV claim through.

Ryan has a lot of knowledge about real estate and was able to resolve a problem we had with one of our investment properties.
