1 /5 Amir Sharif: Stay away at all costs. I originally went with them because they had little to no fees for business banking. If you plan on using Online Banking, dont bother - their website has constant issues and their customer support is very limited and not available during the weekends or evenings. They had a migration to 2-fac authentication in early 2020 that prevented me from accessing my account (continues to do so today). I ended up using Azlo for my business banking needs. When I manage to get ahold of their custom support my first order of action will be to close my account.

1 /5 Shawni J: I loved this Bank when it was Private and had one Branch in Renton. I worked there for 8+ years. I still bank there and hate to admit that their service level has declined a lot!! I dont appreciate being placed on hold for long periods of time just to then be hung up on! The people are not as friendly or Knowledgeable as times past. It might be time to move on...especially with the acquisition. If its bad now, itll probably be worse later.

1 /5 The Lady Of VVarr: This bank location is closed on both Saturdays and Sundays. During the week their hours are inconvenient as well. Sometimes they close early in the middle of the week for no apparent reason, This Friday they closed at three for a holiday party. When they ARE actually open their wait times are long, their hold times on the telephone are endless, and their website is clunky, difficult to navigate and usually down. They have one ATM at this branch which is almost always out of service. Not that youd ever actually WANT to use the ATM for a deposit: they will place a hold on your money, once my money was "on hold" for seven days. Seven. Days. Sometimes the staff is polite, but quite frankly if I had to pick, Id rather have more convenient operating hours and the ability to use my money than a bank teller that asks me how my weekend was.

1 /5 B. D. (DB): Tried to use their app last week. It randomly requests that a verification code be sent to your phone or a representative calls with a verification code. Security measures are understandable but unsure how this is helpful as the code or call goes to a number of your choice. After several attempts and never receiving a code, I called the bank, and after being on hold for almost 10 minutes (hold times are ridiculously long; puzzling since the branch never seems overly busy and they always find time to hound me via text regarding various services they offer) a very nice representative “fixed” the problem. I was able to use the app but I received codes the next afternoon from my many attempts. Tonight I attempted several times to make a mobile deposit. Pictures of front/back of check were very clear but I got a message asking me to try again later (“later” as in after automatic withdrawals fail to clear my account because their system isn’t working?) as there was a system error. Been banking here for years and service used to be excellent but has gone steadily downhill. Their big remodel/update is meaningless if customers have to endure ridiculous hold times and their mobile banking is unusable and unreliable much of the time. A bank employee will respond to this with the usual generic and sappy response, I’m sure. Skip that and simply ensure your mobile banking system is usable and customers can reach a representative in a reasonable amount of time. Please.

The branch manager in Marysville WA Felica Crider has demonstrated her personal touch when it comes to banking. She is available by phone to answer questions if you dont bank with them and even more diligent when you do to ensure your account is safe and sound. Felica promotes their business is a positive way and the atmosphere at the bank is a unique experience. Most banks you walk into with a security guard, plexi-glass, and a dividing line between you and everyone else. First Financial is an open and welcoming atmosphere and you will be treated like family.
