1 /5 Tony Paul: Paid of car early either them last month. I told them I moved to a different state and gave them my new address as to where to send the title. I called back today and told them I never received my title. They verified my address as being my old address, not the one I changed it to. Now the department of licensing in Washington state is requiring me to fill our a loss of title form, have it notarized and sent to them with a check for $35.0] . I will. Ever recommend this bank to even my worst enemy. Thank you First Federal for the headache and waste of money and time....follow up. Called to complain to a supervisor about their screw up and all I got was her giving excuses for her employees screw up and not even an apology. When I started to state my frustration about how upset I was she hung up on me. Wow, excellent customer service skills. Gonna notify three better business bureu
1 /5 E Jones: After almost two months, this terrible bank still could not get me a working bank card or let me log into my new online account. Once I stated I wanted to close the account, only then do customer agents finally respond and threaten with fees for closing the account. AVOID THIS PREDATORY BANK
1 /5 Sean ODonoghue: If you are going to use them for a loan I would BEWARE! There are so many better banks to work with. My car loan was sold to them from another lender and they put me on a coupon payment program. Meaning they never billed me but sent me a coupon book with 24 payment slips to mail in each month with my payment. I wasn’t a member of the credit union so I couldn’t use their online payment program. I always paid almost double payments each month for 24 months straight. On the 20th month they reported me late to the credit bureaus without ever letting me know that one of my payments wasn’t processed 10 months earlier and refused to remove it from credit report. They charged me huge penalties every month without ever letting me know That I was incurring them and never once did they call, write email or contact me. I found out from my credit monitoring service. They just let me incur the penalties each month and added more interest. I paid the loan off immediately when they refused to work with me on correcting the error and reversing the penalties.

Pamela Langston Cap has funds for rent help throughout the year. They also help with electricity bills twice a year. They have commodities and toiletries available per household once a month. They have a very cheap thrift store that supports the help they give. You can donate to the thriftstore. They do not take furniture

TAYLOR ROICE Heres to the US Bank branch in CWU, and a huge thank-you to the US Bank associate named Lem. I experienced an online payment accounting error where I provided my checking account information but was charged from savings. No CWU employee in Student Accounts nor Cashiering could explain it nor hold themselves accountable, but Lem at this US branch went the extra mile and investigated the issue then resolved it. Glad to have a competent and attentive team up here in Ellensburg :D
