The level of personal customer service from Bruce Kirk is professionally exceptional. Helping his clients, who I truly believe he cares about instead of giving them the "run around "! I had 2 customer service representatives from the "new" insurance company who took time to care. One was Karla.. with a K and Victor Torado ...and I mention them because they helped me with an extremely complicated proces to cancel the "new" insurance policy. I believe these agents care deeply about their clients as well.
