They will work with you on payment plans, offer reduced prices when paying in full, and they follow the rules about aggressive collection tactics. If you owe money, dont be angry when someone contacts you for payment. Evergreen does NOT purchase debt, they collect on behalf of their clients, Being upset at the agency is basically punishing the messenger, but thats why the industry exists. Trying to get people to pay their debt is not much fun, but Evergreen does it with a

1 /5 Adam Goldsby: EFS purchases debts and sends a single notice to collect to a previous address youve lived at. EFS makes money on interest they apply to unpaid debts, this interest grows the longer the debt goes unpaid. So, lets go over how EFS conducts itself...EFS will mess up your credit because EFS intentionally sends one notice with an inflated number to an old address and the longer EFS can keep you away from your debt the more money EFS can claim you owe. I will be seeing EFS in court for this one. Dont go deleting that recording of Justine admitting EFS willfully sent one notice to an old address with an inflated number for a debt Ive already paid to an office in Yakima. EFSs inability to maintain adequate record keeping may have just cost them a chance to publicly announce fraudulent practices. Hopefully I have the correct address to send legal documents too because Im only sending them once.

5 /5 C D: As much as it absolutely sucks to be stuck in collections for stupid things, Every time I’ve called this company they have been absolutely amazing.

1 /5 9ball A (A9ball): You folks may think these are great people but I have news for you. They do not follow the laws of our state and country. I have call logs clearly showing them calling 2 times in one day and at least 4 days in a row. This is a violation of the law. Any company that cannot follow the laws should be closed down. I have contacted them and gave them a chance to mend their ways before I get them in trouble. Im curious to see if they will start following the laws like we all have to. UPDATE: less than 1 month later. Ive notified them twice now and they keep doing it. I got 2 calls today less than 1 minute apart so now Im forced to pursue this to the fullest extent possible. Its sad, there was another company that did the same thing and in less than 24 hours after I contacted them they even apologized for it and said they were unaware of it and never did it again. They dont have to be law breaking jerks if they dont want to.
