Deb VERY impressed with ALL help and ASSISTANCE from Jared! Maybe we need to change the saying of--"Johnny-on-the-spot" to "Jareds GOT THIS!"..WHAT EVER this happens to be!" Absolutely, you, as a company/corporation would be wise to do whatever it takes to keep a team-member such as, Jared, gainfully and happily employed. His customer service is OFF the CHART! "How can I make your day," isnt spoken, but executed, expertly! And MOST IMPORTANTLY I have never sensed his ASSISTANCE has been for any personal gain or accolade. I had to seek out a way to warn you, if you do not already know, that you have employed an incredible asset to your company, who will need to be challenged and rewarded appropriately. Wow! If I had a company that was worthy of Jareds expertise, and the funding to match, I WOULD be concerned with someone else, or another company, stealing him from me. Finally, he was humbled when I asked about another branch being opened in the Portland Metro area, and then suggesting that his name be significantly a large part of that facility--like the head-guy. Really sense he could handle it, and would be a leader his fellow team members could and would respect and enjoy working beside. My credentials to make such claims? C G Why were Walk-up boxes installed where the Drive-up boxes used to be? The whole point of a Drive-up box is that you dont have to exit your vehicle to drop off mail. Walk-up boxes dont work for that purpose with most vehicles. Please change them back to Drive-up boxes.

Orlando Santos Mark Brewer is an amazing asset to the company. I received a call from him this evening - yes, you heard me right… I’m complimenting the debt collector! I have received numerous calls from this agency before and all the agents say is “ Is “MY NAME available?” once I reply asking what they needed… all they say is “It’s a personal matter that came across our desk, if you are MY NAME I need the last four of your social”. To which I usually (sarcastically) say that I would feel more comfortable with their name and last four of their social for a personal matter on my end before I give them mine - because you better have something better than “my name and a personal matter” before you go asking about my social. Well Mark was much more profesional and polite, he didn’t ask for my social I identified myself by name as I have never hid from debt collectors and since he called my number looking for someone by my name and I identified as such person he was able to at least tell me the company that originally held the debt - once I knew that piece of information… I knew it was legitimate and gladly gave Mark more identifying info he needed and all the details about my situation. People like Mark Brewer, that are professionals, that give respect and dignity to others, have a great attitude and show empathy towards others, do the the company they represent proud and should be valued and not taken for granted. It’s the first time ever I’ve been compelled to review and take the time to praise someone calling to ask for money, but if anyone deserved it, it was Mark.

Paul Houser Went in the branch for a simple transaction in my mind. Deposit cash into one of my drivers account so the funds are available immediately for his timed payments. Was informed that they wont take cash as a deposit into someone elses account. I can do a money order which will have an immediate hold. Or zelle. I wasnt happy I was mad. So I get loud want to see the manager. I wait. The manager seems free so I enter the cubicle chandlers there. I say are you the manager? No can I help you? Yes the manager ....can I see if I can help you? Yeah the manager! So then I tell him what need he exclaims that the policy is correct. So I ask again for the manager! He points to the next cubicle. From that cubicle echoes the voice of an angel with starlight in her eyes and love in her heart. Katie says come on in here honey I will see what I can do. We talked we laughed she was hawt. She couldve melted asphalt in January in northern Wisconsin. She approved the deposit. With a smile on her face warmth in her heart I even got a hug. Her husband is a very lucky man. Total reversal of attitude on my part. Thank you everyone there.
