Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Beryl G Nacht - Chehalis (WA)

Brandon L I keep getting calls and voice mail from this company, I have asked to have my number removed several times and they acknowledge that I have no account with them or that my number is in their system yet they continue to call. They can easily transfer me to their ITs to address the issue as they can place a block on my number but wont do it. I have blocked several different numbers that all return to this company with no end in site. Its OK for them to frustrate me with the continued calls, but when the tables turn and I spam them non stop they wont talk to me and hang up, why is it OK for them to do but not me? All of the managers there are worthless and refuse to escalate the issue any further than themselves.

Kevin Parsons Classes were okay, but no one, NO ONE answers their phones. I mean, for months, I could not get in contact with Financial Aid via phone or email. It took a complaint straight to the dean to finally get a call back. They almost screwed me out of thousands of dollars. My counselor or "student success coach" or whatever they call them, ghosted my phone calls and emails for 2 months. When I finally needed to urgently get in contact, I called the front desk and sure enough shes sitting in her cubicle and I get a phone call. Good school to get a degree, but you better pray you dont need any assistance from the offices.

michelle andreas Nicole always wants the best for her clients. Shes honest and will let you know all parts of a financial scenario ~ even if it doesnt benefit her. I have trusted her through all situations (with my business and personal) over the past 10 years and know she is always on my side. Nicole is an extremely hard worker, extra resourceful and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
