While I was searching for legal assistance to deal with a neighbors sick tree that caused extensive damage to my property, I had a planned meeting which would require a consultation fee and possibly retainer. I had provided the agency what I have done up to the current date. Before my scheduled meeting, Lisa, one of the main partners, called me to explain she didnt want to take my money since I had done pretty much what she would have suggested and could not offer additional services such as litigating the case through court. She provided a list of suggested attorneys that could take up my case in court. I really felt I could trust her in that she wasnt looking to just take in a new client when she could not offer additional value. Her and her team are what I feel is stellar customer service.
