If you are reading this that means you are looking for the best Defense Attorney, which means your search stops now! Also, if you are reading this, it means you either have something of a headache you are needing to take care of, or it could mean everything you know including your freedom is at stake, and you have never been so frightened for your future or your familys future. Out of those two, it was the second one closing in on me and had me facing 26 to life. This is not a time to think that just any defense attorney will do. After reading reviews on Dan it became clear this was who I want fighting for my freedom. Dan took the time to understand my case talking with anyone and everyone involved, to be even more prepared come trial. Dan doesnt only take what evidence the state has and evidence you have and use it. He does much more. He weighs out what rebuttals, obstacles, and challenges are ahead; then finds ways to address them. Here is a snippet of my experience. This was the scariest time in my life. The walls kept closing in on a daily basis. Once we got to trial, Dan was right there by my side and not a day went by during trial that Dan was not ready for whatever came and focused on this war. Lets face it, this is a war. One is fighting to keep your freedom and the other is fighting to take it. Dan was professional, sharp, and focused. He never lost sight while we were on trial as to what his ultimate goal was. That is what you want. You want someone who will stay focused and is Ready for war. Dan is that guy. Dan did not take his foot off the gas the whole trial. Before closing arguments took place, Dan had already endured three exhausting days of trial, yet he still had the same fire, energy, and determination he had day one. Once deliberations started, even then, Dan stayed focused the same. You never know what is going to come up or still be needed. Even though deliberations started, Dan knew his job was far from over. We had a few jury questions and even jury issues arise, where The State Prosecutor and Dan had to battle back and forth. The war is not over until it is over. Which means the jury has unanimously reached a verdict. The State Prosecutor was battling Dan at one point trying to get one of our favorite jurors off, and to get an alternative. Had Dan stopped his focus and determination after closing, we may have lost what we felt was a strong and fair Juror. So after 2 full days of deliberation, being called back in the room a few times, I get a text from Dan that says, "They have reached a verdict. Get to Court" Here it is, facing 26 to life on my way back to the courthouse to hear what the Jurors unanimously decided. In the end the Jurors unanimously came to a decision of not guilty. This was only done because of the Defense Attorney I sought out. Nothing is guaranteed, but what is guaranteed, is Dan will talk to everyone he needs to, look at all evidence you have, and prepare for war. Because this was a war against the State Prosecutor. When you do end up making the smartest decision of your life and pick Dan to be your defense attorney; when you first meet him for your consultation, ask him about The Box, mouse, and cat, he will know exactly which review sent you.
