Newcombe is the hands down best attorney Ive ever had represent me in a very serious hit and run crash and a high speed chase with police while off of my medications for schizophrenia. Jason fight for me for 2 years. He would tell me dont worry brother Ive got your back. Youre not a criminal this case has always been a mental health case. You need to stay on your medications continue mental health counseling. Continue seeing your psychiatrist. Find some local groups to volunteer with. Take several different types of defensive driving classes. Continue to carry full coverage insurance. Dont get any new traffic violations. Keep your nose clean and dont get into any more trouble. I did everything Jason asked me to do and then some. Ive kept my nose clean and stayed on all of my medications religiously. I really took everything Jason told me to heart because hes a very intelligent person. Jason Newcombe really does have your best interest at heart. Jasons law firm associates are very professional and everyone is very personable. Im so grateful I chose Jason Newcombe as my attorney I thought for sure I was going to receive jail time especially with a past record. Jason fought hard for me for 2 years and I ended up with a very good deal. My case was dismissed without prejudice I serve no jail time I got my life back. Thank you Jason from all your hard work, wisdom and guidance. I will truly be grateful to Jason and Fritz and everyone else that worked hard on my case. 1 /5 Simon: I hired Jason for a divorce I was going through, and as I was about to leave the office his then partner quietly warned me that Jason would mess things up, which he did, costing me everything I owned. It seems like he was working for the other side as he missed hearings and more, yet at the same time managed to buy a new house for himself. He notified me in mid January 2003 that my divorce was final on December 13 2002. I paid him a lot of money for the divorce, and he missed it altogether, but in February 2003 he wanted another $14,000 to work on my divorce that was already final. Note that Jason Newcombe was well aware that my ex in the divorce had engaged in Divorce Fraud, Bankruptcy Fraud, Felony theft which he had personally documented seeing items they stole, and much more, yet he never reported them. And 23 years later, this and her related lies are still haunting me and my son. Reading all the other 5 star reviews one has to question if they are real, or if Jason plotted against me to loose everything. I do not recommend this lawyer at all.

5 /5 Mark Lundgren: I hired Jason Scott Newcombe to keep a speeding ticket from going on my record and raising my insurance rates. I would have been happy simply with a deferment, but Jason was able to get the ticket completely dismissed! What a relief. Not only am I thrilled with the outcome, but Im happy with the entire process. He made the experience so easy for me. All I did was call him and he handled the rest. I am very satisfied and highly recommend his services.
