Anthony Tran Mr. Don Bushell went ABOVE and BEYOND for me for my civil anti harassment case as the respondent. I was falsely accused of harassing an ex former assistant manager and Mr. Bushell defended me like he was the one directly there to witness my discrimination at work. He returned my phone calls and checked up on my case with full efforts. Usually some attorneys seem bored or disinterested in helping their clients, however, Don was fully engaged in my case and gave his undivided attention towards it. He is licensed in 3 States and has more experienced than some attorneys who attended an ABA law school. His background from graduating from a Correspondence Law School really paid off because some attorneys who graduated from an ABA Law School turned down my case believing that the judge was going to favor the petitioner from the evidence I had given. However, Don believed that the petition was frivolous and took on my case with the same evidence I had presented, and eventually the anti harassment order was FULLY DENIED!

Mike Like most folks, I kept putting off creating an estate plan. I really didnt know what to do or how to go about it; and like most everyone else, I dreaded the thought of having to deal with my own mortality. But Will Robinson made the whole process so simple and straight forward. I started out not knowing what to expect, but Will took the time to walk me through my options, he listened to my wants and needs and together we developed a go forward plan. I selected a Revolvable Living Trust but they have options for just about any situation. The process of developing the estate plan was handled entirely by emails and phone calls. Will was very helpful, and very patient, throughout the whole process, and the only time I had to leave home was when I went to the CMS law offices to sign the finished documents, and have them witnessed and notarized. The whole process exceeded my expectations and I cant say enough good things about Will and the entire CMS team. If your thinking about creating your own estate plan, you cant, and wont, go wrong with the CMS Law Firm.
