Romashka Bridal Jeff is absolutely amazing! He really goes out of his way to get you the best policy and answer any and all questions you might have. We have both personal and business coverage through his agency and being a small business ourselves we really appreciate him taking the time and educate us on certain things. Just like everyone else we have dealt with other Insurance Agencies but I can honestly say we have never received such personalized attention, we recommend him very highly and have! Chip Keen We found Sound Business Insurance after the independent broker we’d been with for 20 years failed to help us when Liberty Mutual dropped coverage for our hotel – not just ours, but all hotels. We’ve never filed a loss claim, and we’ve always made our policy payments on time. Frank Rodriquez and his team went to bat for us. Not only did they help us understand the insurance market better, they were also able to offer us an equivalent policy for a third less than what we’ve been paying Liberty Mutual. My sole regret is that we didn’t find Sound Business when they first opened in 2008.

Joel Vranna I have used MTC Insurance as the solution to my insurance needs for the last 25+ years. Mike Carney and his team always have time for my sometimes crazy questions and always has or will find the correct answer. He has as much if not more professionalism than anyone else in the business. Carney will not just look for your best rates, but the best coverage for that rate and always give you options. He is not the typical take it or leave it insurance agent. Mike will take it upon himself to find you a better policy when he notices that your rates are getting too high. Any other agent I have worked with only reacts to inquiries and complaints. Mike Carney has always been proactive in protecting your interest. I have shopped out his policies at different times only to find that he is still the best overall deal in the business.

David Thompson I had a rock chip on my windshield that was caused by a rock falling off of a mud covered truck. I went to a national chain windshield repair facility and they advised since I had insurance I would only have to pay my deductible. I didnt know until later that this same company had visited my State Farm agents office touting free rock chip repair with a referral. The chip was poorly repaired and the crack started to spread. Not only that, the invoice wrongly stated "rock from road-nobody at fault". Contrary to what the manager at the glass store thought, it is a violation if mud, rocks, or debris falls off of a vehicle that hasnt been cleaned (RCW 46.61.655). I called and asked them to correct the invoice as I intended to seek reimbursement from the company whos truck the rock came off of. I was told "its not a violation and theres nothing I can do." I called my agents office and Lisa immediately went to bat for me. She spent 2 days calling the glass company to get them to make things right. Lisa got a lot of the same runaround but she persisted. She was able to get my "deductible" reimbursed and got me scheduled at a different local glass shop for a windshield replacement. Great service
