1 /5 Smith Mrs: waited on hold with the mortgage department for a "10 minute" , starting at 4:15, P.M. waited for over half an hour, called my local branch 5 times and requested a call back at 430. No one answered at all or called back. Very disappointed, had questions that needed answered and had zero representation from my branch locally or not. I would give zero stars of that was an option. This is not the first time Ive tried to contact them by phone to get no response.
