Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Joel Vranna I have used MTC Insurance as the solution to my insurance needs for the last 25+ years. Mike Carney and his team always have time for my sometimes crazy questions and always has or will find the correct answer. He has as much if not more professionalism than anyone else in the business. Carney will not just look for your best rates, but the best coverage for that rate and always give you options. He is not the typical take it or leave it insurance agent. Mike will take it upon himself to find you a better policy when he notices that your rates are getting too high. Any other agent I have worked with only reacts to inquiries and complaints. Mike Carney has always been proactive in protecting your interest. I have shopped out his policies at different times only to find that he is still the best overall deal in the business.

Bo Brenneman Mandon and his staff a knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I switch all my policies after decades with another insurance company. I know I can call Mandon or his team for advice and to ask whether I should consider making a claim or not. Highly recommend! And great prices.
