I am completely clueless about such things, but he never made me feel dumb, and he answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. He walked me though the entire process and never tried to upsell me. He was also very quick to respond to any questions that I had. It was horrific. I live in Bellingham! A place known for being enlightened and educated. I didn’t know what to do but my parents encouraged me to not drop it, as so many others could also be harmed. I reached out to several lawyers, but something about how Ryan spoke made me listen. Ryan showed up and was compassionate, understanding, and hard working. He answered questions with patience (even though I felt perhaps I was being annoying), and made sure I knew exactly what should and could happen with each step.
