2 /5 Emi M: Everyone at this office was extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. In the end, I got exactly what I needed. However, I would not use them again based on the cost. I was initially told that a simple estate plan would be approximately $2,500. They reminded me that they bill hourly and that was only an estimate, so I understood it might be a little more. In the end the total cost was almost 50% more - $3,600. I had no changes to the initial proposed paperwork, and my estate plan had 1 small paragraph that was unique to me. Besides that, it was essentially a template with names plugged into it. My interactions with their team consisted of: 1) A 1 hour initial phone call 2) A few emails back and forth 3) 15 minute pre-signing phone call (which was required but not necessary) 4) A 20 minute in-person signing appointment. I selected this group based on Google reviews, so I feel the need to write an honest review of my experience. Had I known the cost would be that much, I would have gone elsewhere! Again, super nice people but much more than I expected to pay.

3 /5 Jen: My partner and I recently did our estate planning with Stacy and her firm based on the strong reviews in handling pets. While we ultimately got what we needed - our wills with a pet provision - I wouldnt say the folks we talked to seemed to have any particular expertise in the matter, it was just another section in the will that we filled out. Our entire experience took from February - August from our reaching out to schedule our initial consultation call to receiving our final signed documents. While our situation didnt seem particularly complicated or unusual, we were charged over $700 more than the original estimated retainer. While I suppose this is just par for the course in working with lawyers and their hourly rates, it seemed like there were times where they could have been more efficient - for example, our 30 minute pre-signing phone call could have been a 15 minute phone call or simply an email, for example. All in all, we were able to get what we needed but I would hesitate to recommend the services over others.

The entire team was so professional, kind, helpful in explaining everything, and also patient with us as we created our will, health care directives and other estate planning documents which we had put off for too long. 5 /5 R Keen: I’ve been working primary with Robert Morgan. He has been thorough with explaining the process, next steps, and multiple solutions dependent on how the process is going. I really appreciate the emails summarizing our discussions, so I understand everything fully and have a written reminder of next steps. While I take notes of our discussions, it’s great to have a professional reiterate all this new information in writing. He is also sympathetic and understanding of my situation, which I believe is just as important as being knowledgeable. It can be uncomfortable, stressful, and sometimes even embarrassing situations to be in. I sincerely appreciate Robert’s knowledge and kindness guiding me through the other side.

We felt that she truly cared about us getting what we wanted and guided us through a completely unfamiliar process. We were especially happy with the inclusion of our pets in the will, something they seem to extra expertise in.
