Pat S. Not long ago, my wife & I were in search of a local Stanwood Farmers Insurance agency. Our search quickly ended when we stepped into the downtown office of Ms. Tory Charette & Stephanie. Both welcomed us to sit down for a chat about our insurance needs to protect our home, cars and monitor a life insurance policy. Since we just “dropped in” that afternoon, our first talk was understandably short. Before leaving, we all agreed to plan a longer visit to review and finalize the necessary documents. In every sense, Tory & Stephanie are shining five star credits to Farmers and simply make our little town a nicer place to live. Easily, we’d be happy in suggesting to family and friends that they too stop by, sit down for a few minutes and have a talk. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to be with our new agents, and friends, at Farmers Insurance.

Lisa Noteboom Jennifer at Grant County Title went above and beyond in locating the covenants for a subdivision for our neighborhood associations records. Two other title companies did not have them. With the help of Shelly, a senior title officer, she was able to find documentation that showed that the covenants from the prior subdivision applied to this one as well. I very much appreciate the friendly, competent help I received!

Audra Pearson I got my State Farm insurance Drive & Safe almost 6 months ago and it was the best decision ever!! Haley was so nice explained everything in detail. I wasn’t sure about the beacon in my car at first but it’s actually no big deal. I forget it’s there. Haley actually just let me know when I renew my policy my premium is going down! Going down! Sarah sears I just recently switch to this company about a month ago. There isn’t enough words I can use to say how wonderful this company is! When I say they speak to speak you ACTUALLY GET SPEAK to someone there is NONE of those frustrating automated systems, an actual person answers the phone. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Ayanna today due to a concern I had. Her positive energy, and kindness show through and through and was so very helpful. I had to call at another time and spoke with another person from their office concerning me turning in my daughter’s report card. It had all the information they needed, other than a GPA was missing. Her school district doesn’t put GPA’s on their report cards. He was able to work it out that I still got the good student discount. Great rates considering the fact I have a 16yr old on my insurance. This is an agency I highly recommend as they do want to help their clients.
