5 /5 Michael Survell: This is an excellent Law Firm for accidental damage cases. They are small enough to provide very good service on a one-on-one basis. Their fees are typical of the industry as a whole. 33 1/3 % for negotiated settlements and 40% for court settlements. You will not find lower rates out there unless you personally know an attorney. I prefer this attorney over the larger law firms where youre usually dealing with a legal assistant instead of directly with the attorney. Brett Beetham is knowledgeable and experienced and a true pleasure to work with. I will not be seeking another Law Firm to change to, I am a Beetham and Tran customer for life.
