Jasmine H I originally called in with questions and confusion because of another branch but after talking to Adrian I had my loan transferred and I refinanced. Adrian is very knowledgeable, super friendly and answered all my questions. The branch manager is also helpful and explains everything top to bottom. The interest rates are extremely high but when your back is against the wall its worth it.

Kristin DeCou The United Way of Clallam County is one of the most, if not THE most, actively engaged non-profits in our community. They support a network of local agencies by providing funding for safe and stable housing, employment, and strong & secure families. They also serve as a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to build equity throughout the nonprofit sector and into the larger community of Clallam County. I cant say enough positive things about their leadership and community impact.

Brittney Deines I called Monday morning to ask if they were letting people into the office cuz of all of the Coronavirus restrictions and policies and was told to go ahead and come into the office right away. When I got there the agent I spoke to on the phone was on lunch but the nice lady at the front desk was able to do everything for me and get me set up. Withing 15 to 20 minutes I left with proof of insurance in hand. She was also great about not pushing any more coverage on me than I needed or could afford to pay for and was very clear about pricing.
