Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

Shelah Horne We have had all of our insurance policies with Johnson Financial Services for over four years. Their staff has been professional and efficient while we were shopping for quotes. When we decided to bring all our insurance needs to the Allstate family, Marcy and her staff made this a successful and easy transition. Unfortunately we had to make a claim on the auto, we felt awful and stressed. I swear they took us by the hand and walked us through the claim process. We are happy to have all our insurance needs taken of and thoroughly explained to us.
