Weve been happy Vestory clients for about 10 years and I wanted to paste my old Vestory review in to the new Apella Google Maps information. "Were retired now, but during our working years we read a lot of books and investment magazines, took a few seminars and talked to a number of investment advisors, commission sales brokers, and other interesting people that inhabit the investment world. We gradually educated ourselves (sometimes expensively) on the best way to invest, and thats why were at Vestory. Their fees are very low, they promote the classic "own the entire market inexpensively with index funds" philosophy that has been scientifically proven, its a fiduciary relationship and they never try to sell me anything. Theyre good people. We communicate frequently, they help us with important decisions, and I sleep well at night because I never have to worry about money. The service is excellent. Were very happy."

The fact that it is a fiduciary agreement, we have complete control of our account, there are no hidden fees, and our advisor works on our behalf not his. Any and all of our questions and/or concerns are answered immediately and truthfully. They also conduct seminars to further educate about investing.

1 /5 Kate: I was working with an advisor I really trusted. This person left the company. Vestory did not inform me of this in a timely way and tried to reassign me to a team of advisors. I originally chose that company because of the individual attention of an experienced financial advisor. I then decided to take my money from Vestory and reinvest elsewhere. It could have been a simple electronic transfer but Vestory made it difficult by not allowing that to happen. I was unhappy to be left in the dark about where my advisor was and later being forced to complete a paper process that could have been avoided. It was an unnecessary and wasteful step, designed to slow down the process of taking my own money back. Managing a retirement investment portfolio relies on trust and I lost mine in this company.
