They quickly got my coverage and payment collected on the same day so that there was no lapse in my coverage! Highly recommend Dean, especially after learning he was in the military...I grew up in a military household. Greg Elwood John Ramsays staff are the best! whenever I mess up and dont get a card number changed etc etc, they contact me , correct the faux faux and all is well! chris wilson I had a question about my new home policy and my previous agent had sold his business so this was my first interaction with my new agent. They conducted a review of our home, auto and umbrella policies and helped me to understand where I could save money on the premiums by adjusting coverages/deductions that still provided ample protection for us. They noticed that we werent receiving a discount on our auto insurance since we had retired and made that adjustment to our policy as well. I feel like I better understand our coverages and we are now paying less than we would have otherwise. It was a quick, thorough and painless process.

Josh Robbins I’ve been working with Julia Ward for a little while now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. She’s knowledgeable about the products she offers and has been helpful in answering my questions when I needed clarification. While there were a couple of minor delays early on, she followed through and made sure everything was taken care of in the end. If you’re looking for someone who knows the insurance landscape and can guide you through the basics with competence, Julia is a good choice.
