He was very accommodating with meeting us at times that were convenient for us, and by the time everything was through we had a settlement we were happy with and felt like a very big load had been taken off our shoulders. He pushed hard to make sure I wouldnt end up feeling I was taken advantage of by insurance companies I wouldnt feel comfortable negotiating with on my own.
