Richard Mooney In 2020. at the age of 68, I was fired by an abusive employer the day I returned from an FMLA leave for severe depression brought about by stress in the workplace. I contacted Premier Law Group and Attorney Patrick Kang agreed to take my case. I had no prior experience with litigation, but based on Patricks empathy, confidence, and his demonstrated knowledge of employment law, I proceeded to file suit against a large corporation. It took 2 years before my case went to trial at the US District Court in Seattle. During that time I worked extensively with Patrick in person and via email and phone to build our case.
