1 /5 Julyanna Flores: My case has been ongoing since 2022 there has been no updates I have lost count on how many times the person tending my case has been changed there is a severe lack of communication with the people at the office I have left multiple failed messages asking for a call back for an update or any information on my case status with all of these changed going on I do not know where my case or I stand. No one has called me. These people need to get their act together they have no communication with the client and seem extremely confused when I call the person who picks up state they have no idea about my case and that they need to get with the person who is taking care of it I ask who that is and they tell me they don’t know either I have emailed the attorney as well to no avail I just want this to be over I wish I had not signed up for these services I have lost over 6000 dollars with this people and have had no communication or very little of it if anyone is thinking about hiring this attorney please do your research and look into their background because having I spoken to other people who have done their paperwork with her it has been a terrible experience. If you cannot handle a business please don’t go into one. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the service I have received from Yohanna Saucedo and the personnel. It appears they have a large turn around rate for employees because at this point it has been if not 5 more people who have interacted with my case and the paralegal always changes.

1 /5 Estrada Maria: This place WAS awesome back when Nina was in charge. Ever since the new ppl took over their communication with ongoing cases has been horrible. Me and my family had to move to another law firm because we were getting charged for services and no one was sending us invoices. My stepdad paid for a work permit years back and the firm never sent his work permit to USCIS even though it was paid for, we didnt know this until the new attorney looked at all the paperwork and he noticed it stated work permit paid but the paperwork was never sent. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM. Im surprised there arent reports with BBB.

5 /5 Alex C: I highly recommended this attorney!! Mrs. Saucedo and her staff are very competent and knowledgeable when it comes to immigration laws. Adriana in the Laredo office always kept me informed and was always very professional with my family and me throughout the whole process of getting us back together. We are 2/3 of the way done and Gaby (also in the laredo office) is taking care of our case now and has also been very helpful and attentive. I am confident that they will more than help us get this done. Thank you team Saucedo!!!
