Frances Brunner Kay was amazing! I was past my deadline for submitting the drivers class due to personal issues, and I had a court date and missed that, too. Kay plead my case with the information I sent her, and I did not have to appear. The court dismissed my ticket because I completed the class and due to my circumstances.
