Mary Schick So we had a direct deposit that came in, but was in pending status. While that direct deposit was pending, a few transactions came through, and we were charged 3 $30 fees. However, the manager was very kind, explained what had happened and how their system operates, and credited us back the $90. When in doubt, or have a question, just give them a call.

She has even answered our questions even after hours. She is a hard worker and goes above and beyond to help the customers of Navy Army Community Credit Union. In fact all of the workers have been great! I just wanted to let Nora know how much we appreciate her services and wanted to let Navy Army Community Credit Union know as well. We have been in business 7 years and just recently opened another business and Nora helped us get our new account open with no problems or difficulty. Lisa Stout We made a reservation for one of their presentations at Flemings- Woodlands. A couple of days before the event, they called us up and said we were no longer invited because we had been to one of their presentations. We made the reservation to hear the info again and maybe reconsider using them for estate business. I ask them then to quit sending is invitations for dinner and presentation. Yesterday, received another one. Will never consider using these people. RUDE
