1 /5 Daniel Sherrod: I engaged West Webb for legal services during a business acquisition. While I chose them understanding their premium pricing, their service did not match their rates. After receiving their retainer, they were not responsive to requests or inquiries and would go days (or weeks) between responses. Due to the inconsistent communication, the same information would have to be covered multiple times. They also made basic information entry errors, again likely due to the lengthy time between looking at our case. When fixing their mistakes, we were still charged at their standard rate ($485 / hour). They also missed our hard deadlines and we had to complete legal documents elsewhere to finish our acquisition. My feedback to ownership would be, match your premium pricing with premium service. For those looking for legal services, consider other alternatives.
