1 /5 Jennifer Brown: 0 STARS. Due to ridiculous rate hikes throughout our 9 years of loyalty with Allstate we decided to take our business elsewhere. I called 1/13 to let them know that on 2/12 when our policy ends, we do not wish to renew. They we sent the full year payment from escrow so I had to call back. On 1/21 I was told that Maria handles this and not a big deal. Maria proceeds to cancel our policy on that date but doesnt say anything. 2/4 we receive a refund check for the prorated last month, this is how we find out they cancelled our policy. GOOD TIMES. I call to inquire on the full 2025 refund and why policy was cancelled and am told check is in the mail and they will try to get our policy reinstated but could take a few days, she did say she told them it was "agency error" but out of her hands. With an hour or so, before noon yesterday (2/4) I emailed her that we decided to move our new policy start date up and we no longer wished to have our policy reinstated. No response, I expect to be done with them and soon receive our full years refund we can apply to our new policy. NOPE. I get a call this morning showing more incompetence from this office. The woman whom I emailed yesterday letter her know that we will be cashing our refund check and have started our new policy and no longer need theirs, literally called and said the policy has been reinstated and please let her know via a phone call or by responding to her email, when to terminate. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? This is the most incompetence I have seen in 1 place. EVERY single person in that office is apparently unable to doing anything correctly. Then I am told Vince doesnt work there, I can email him. WHAT?? Is Vince aware of the gross incompetence in his office? I guess he does, thats why he doesnt go in. He doesnt care about your business, your concerns or how terrible his employees are. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!
