1 /5 F: I honestly dont know why they have a phone number listed if they dont answer. Ive called over 20 times for the last week. Before they stopped answering, I had called two times. The first time, I paid my insurance over the phone and asked them to email me the policy for the month (the one you need to drive and that can get you fined for not having). The processed my payment instantly but said they were going to send email later because they were busy. I never received the email. I called again, that same day and they said they would send it. I called the next day, and they said I should call again or wait for their call because they were busy. I called again after 1 hour, and they didnt answer. Ever since then, they have not answered. Dont expect anything from their over the phone service. Just go in person.
