5 /5 Micheal Lord: Bart Vana provided the most honest representation of defense against a wrongful charge that I have ever seen. I am not accustom to finding myself in trouble, yet one can find themselves in a bad spot. I was accused of assault, and bodily harm. The truth was my service dog was assaulted, and abused, and then the same bunch attacked me for having a service dog. To have read the deputies report one would have thought that I am a really bad person. Mr Vana not only defended me, but he also successfully defended my service dog, and all people’s civil rights for one flat fee. He represented me at all hearings. He explained to me all of the bad things that could happen if the jury failed to acquit me. I declined to plea bargain because I had done noting wrong. Mr Vana spent an entire full day selecting juniors, and then presented my defense in such a manner that after four hours of testimony from my accusers the jury returned a NOT GUILTY verdict after 15 minutes of deliberations. What’s more, Mr Vana never once ask for another dime. He said flat fee and he meant it. It was self evident through the trial that he is respected by the judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement. He is favored by jurors and all other people within the courts because he is a down to earth common sense type of attorney. I highly recommend this man to represent people in a manner that is fair and just.
