David recently prepared a ; Last Will & Testament, Directive to Physicians, Medical Power of Attorney, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization and an Appointment of Agent to Control the Disposition of Remains for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. David spent the time to answer all my questions with clear examples so I could understand the why behind each document. David’s expertise and experience is outstanding. The customer service he and his entire staff provide is excellent. His rate to complete all these documents was extremely reasonable.
