1 /5 Issac Gomez: I normally don’t leave reviews, but the customer service with this insurance company has been terrible. Every time I call, I get transferred around or put on hold forever. No one seems to have answers, and when I finally speak to someone, they either give me the wrong information or act like I’m bothering them. I’ve had issues that should’ve been simple to fix take weeks with no follow-up. It feels like once they have your money, they don’t care. I’m seriously considering switching providers. Do better.
