5 /5 KAF: I can’t imagine a more difficult time in one’s life than that of Divorce, asset distribution, and child custody/visitation arrangements. My heart goes out to anyone that has to walk this walk. Thankfully, I chose to have Judd Tucker represent me through my divorce process, and I will be eternally grateful for his guidance. Although my situation was sadly the unfavorable one in accordance to Texas law (read: stay at home mom), I can honestly say Judd saved me and my children from a potentially tragic outcome. His knowledge and experience with the courts was invaluable when determining which way to proceed in a given situation – but his patience and compassion, while still being able to communicate sometimes harsh realities, is what truly set him apart. I consulted several other attorneys before deciding who to choose, and not one came close to conveying the sincerity Judd has. Please trust me on this: When you are going through the most emotional, most confusing and upsetting time of your life, you will want someone with Judd’s character keeping a calm and steady hand on things.
