Truist - Garland (TX)

1 /5 Melody Williams: The absolute WORST bank location ever! If I could give no stars I would! Literally no staff and the staff they have are always rude! I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a simple bank deposit! Avoid this location at all cost!

1 /5 Misbah: This location is the worst, I wish the bank authority would check and balance who they are hiring for customer service jobs. I went to this location twice. A guy, I guess the name Komry, is a really rude and ill-mannered person. I wish they would take action against him. He doesnt know how to behave in customer service job. Worst experience every time. I will never go to this location again.

1 /5 Jay Moeck: Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru. Nobody came. Went inside and saw 3 tellers chatting with one customer. I asked if the bell didn’t work. She said “why yes it is, we were assisting this one client “. Wait, all three of you? Labor shortage is a joke. They had the people which choose not to take my deposit. In the end I got my deposit taken care of and was told to “have a nice day”. Nothing about the 10 minute wait with no assistance while they all joked with one customer.

1 /5 Joyce T: This bank location is suck . The guy/banker name Manny is the rudest guy i have ever face in this banking service industry . Avoid at all cost . Never again with this bank .

1 /5 APRIL Spencer: Worst bank I have ever banked with. We originally began to bank with them because we heard and read they were an amazing bank for small business. We were working with a lender that began to take out more then we agreed and our lawyer told us to not do anything with the account. I reached out to Truist and our Capital one bank to let them know what was going on and Capital one helped us restrict our accounts and Truist said they would work with us once we got everything sorted with the lenders. After we got everything situated with the lenders Truist said all they could return is $50 after they wracked up on over $1000 in fees. All this bank is good for is providing horrible customer service and a bunch of fees. I was told numerous of times staff would get back to me they never did. I had to chase them to find out what was going on with my account and was on hold for hours.We are in the process of closing our account.
