1 /5 Ashutosh Sharma: Definitely not a good place to have business account. I was never told about overdraft fees($36) even when I opened the account in-person. Moreover most of the banks are not charging any overdraft fees. I was charged two fees of $36 each within the span of 3 days. First one for returned item fees and then overdraft fees. This bank charged overdraft fees for trial debit and credit transactions from other bank also. No response to my emails from local branch. Customer service is non existent - expect a wait of 45 minutes on the phone and absolutely unfriendly customer service folks. This bank look for creative ways to make money from their customers by charging various fees.

1 /5 Servado M: This bank has a bunch of amateurs working here . So I had some fraud in my account so I had to lock my account but I never closed it due to me not being able to change my direct deposit! My direct deposit would go through my old locked account no problem for a couple weeks now. But I’ve been going to this branch to force pay my check out my Locked account . So I’m guessing the young lady amateurs they have working as tellers completely blocked the account from any incoming transactions because they just felt Like it!? I spoke to another Truist branch and the said they had no business doing that ! Now I have to wait a whole 2 extra weeks for my check that was suppose to hit a long time ago! Please do not go here ! I’ve never had a bad experience with Truist until I started going here! All because the rookies didn’t want to force pay my direct deposit into my other accounts ! The lady’s could care less that I needed my funds and they completely ruined my month. I have to pay bills I have to pay rent!!!! I have no time to wait for the convenience of this branches tellers!!!

1 /5 Raja Krishna: Bad experience, online account opening is not allowed. Scheduled an in branch appointment but after going to bank appointment is not honored / waiting time more than 1hr

4 /5 David PVR: They don’t have a serviceable ATM forwalk up pedestrians. I was forced to use the drive-through ATM, which was inconvenient.
