Clarendon College - Clarendon (TX)

2 /5 James Cook the Fourth: I called Clarendon College to help me with transferring my transcript to another college AT LEAST 5 times. I’ve been transferred to a lady named Janean/Janine/Janeen (sorry, I’m not great with names) multiple times and the registrar once or twice. I’ve left multiple messages on their lines and I tried for 2 months before I nearly gave up. Thanks to my college advisor at my NEW college, she was able to find the way to request my transcript. If you want to go to a college where the staff work hard to ensure student satisfaction is achieved, Clarendon College is not it. Thank you guys for the credits I guess is all I have to say.

1 /5 COINSIIE WELDZ: Super disappointed in how they treat students the staff makes you wait a long time to receive anything and when you call they get upset and send you to other numbers that just leave you at a voicemail that never calls back or reply. I’ve had to bother them so much to get so little but they will drop you fast if your payment isn’t received in time
