Jalexia Rios The worst experience I’ve had with their customer service, refund and “lost documents”. Been trying to get a refund for my GAP since February and unfortunately I’ll have to wait another 30 days with their issues. They only give you checks and ask to fill out paperwork to not even read what they ask for. I love Toyota cars but I wouldn’t get another vehicle from them if it means to deal with this nonsense. If I had to rate this would be -200/10.
