1 /5 Whitney Yates: Took my paperwork in mid-March to do my taxes. They called me April 12th to come in and sign so they can file them. April 19th I called at 10am to see why the IRS app is saying none of my information matches. They said they’ll call me back. About 4pm still no word so I call back and the lady said they JUST got filed that afternoon. Well Friday the 23rd and the IRS app and website is STILL saying my information doesn’t match and they can’t tell me anything about my return. I called and asked what’s going on and the lady again said they’ll call me back. Here it is Saturday the 24th and still no phone call. I’ll stick with doing my taxes myself from now on
