Victor Salazar I’ve had excellent service at this location. Michael Wellner has help me with my multiple business accounts personal accounts even my two teenagers’ personal accounts. He has helped me find financial solutions for my business as well as practical ones like having remote check depositing machines at every one of my locations. I really feel that Michael and his team there at the Round Rock location go above and beyond whenever I walk through their doors. I highly recommend BB&T and more specifically so the Round Rock branch.

The card was hand crafted and took time, energy and thought into it and was so appreciated! I had called requesting a transaction and had to call to cancel the same transaction shortly after-there was no grievance in having to do so and I was met with kindness and understanding! Donald Heath I have been a client of Morgan Stanley for 18+ years. For various reasons we chose to change firms. 2019 service fees of $325 were charged in December, understandable, we owed them, but then $375 for service fees for 2020. That is only 15 to 17 days for these fees. I am disappointed and I am sorry that I did not leave Morgan Stanley sooner!
