They are prompt, responsive, professional, extremely friendly and offer great rates. Danielle and Theresa working there have been absolutely amazing to deal with. oscar garcia Dealt with many insurance companies and all just seem to care but never go the extra step. Today I called and had the pleasure to speak to a gentleman named Jose. He was so helpful, patient and shared his knowledge with me without having to ask. He made sure I received all the help I needed an more, talked to me about home and life insurance that really has me thinking. Most definitely will be staying here.

Carlos Duarte Customer service is fine, but this is the only insurance co. who has denied my claim. A few of my neighbors, whose houses are one or two years younger than mine, have had their roofs replaced. We all went through the same hailstorms, and their claims were not denied. So, my neighbors have new roofs and mine leaked a few months ago. Unfortunately, once you have a claim, approved or not, it goes on your record and good luck getting a decent price quote when talking to another insurer.

Janie Alex was able to save me money on my home & auto insurance. He is very reliable and prompt. Whenever I make a request or have any questions, he delivers and gets back to me within a timely manner. He truly knows the business and cares about his customers. I highly recommend to everyone that’s looking for not only a great rate but also great coverage!
