Seriously the friendliest, most helpful, and patient person Ive dealt with. Im so happy I went through him , the savings were incredible compared to what I was quoted elsewhere, and their advice was top-notch. If you need car insurance, he’s the one to call!

Santos V Villarreal I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all.
