1 /5 Yvette: If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. First of all the people there are rude and miserable! They are not understanding when an unexpected situation happens. People face hardships and when you least expect it you hit rock bottom. I understand this is an in-house finance for people who have no credit, but if a customer is giving their payments every month, they should at least consider when someone faces a hardship. These people care only about the money and if you miss a payment by a day or two they already want to turn off your vehicle and even take action to repossess. My contract says that I have 15 days from the grace period before late fees are applied. These people apply late fees immediately they already consider that a late payment so then why sign a document in black-and-white if they are not gonna follow it. Mind you my vehicle and any vehicle with them have a pass GPS tracker I don’t know what it’s called that obviously they’ll turn it off If you don’t pay the papers that I signed says I have 10 days to give a payment before they turn off my vehicle. They don’t follow the actual contract I don’t understand how come nobody else is making a report because this is illegal and this is basically fraud what they’re doing.

1 /5 A Reyes: Would never recommend! Ray Bustillos is so rude! He isn’t considerate at all! Always has an attitude! All this place cares about is getting their money. They’re quick to turn off your car even if you paid on time all the time they still won’t give you no grace! Ms. Lugo is probably the only person there who cares & actually is concerned with you & whats going on in your life. She’s an angel! Thank god the company has her! Because the rest of the staff are HORRIBLE!

1 /5 Miranda Fisher: I understand were adults and have to... ya know....figure it out when stuff hits the fan. But ummm....when you get hit with a "So what do you want me to do?" from management and talked to with the demeanor and can feel how much they dont care...its not the best feeling. A little compassion goes a long way in customer service. And I dont mean by letting someone have something for free. I mean the way you talk to people. And by you...I mean management. I know management of this sort doesnt care for the reviews for the company as whole as I have seen theres a pattern with this consistent attitude problem complaint from last customer experiences I just read. But this here is just another most recent review for a potential customer. This isnt the kind of bank you want to finance your vehicle with if there is ever any potential of you falling in hard times. Be weary. God bless. They care more about getting the money, not keeping customer.
