Hes a pawn for the jasper poolice department and is horrible at seeing the truth. He does whatever officer Peters tells him to do. He cant do what is right unless Peters allows it. He allows others to make his decisions bc he doesnt have the backbone to do whats right if its not what the people who co.trol him wants
