3 /5 Arnold Cantu: So far its been nine months for my roof claim and im not getting clear information. Communication is poor through the case management app i have to call to try and get updates. I really hope this changes and have some results soon because there is too much mix information. "We should recieve an offer within a week" its been over a month and no communication other than the same responses.
