Emily Dear Ive known Mr. Hart for several decades and over the years, because Ive always found him to be honest and forthright, Ive sought his advice and engaged him on real estate legal matters, i.e., closings/HUD documents, title searches, and deed transfers, and most recently Wills and Trust Fund issues. Ive found him to be very professional and knowledgeable in these areas and have been very pleased with his work product. There are many attorneys in my area (near Houston) but because I know I can trust him to steer me in the right direction, Ill continue to call on Mr. Hart for legal advice and/or representation, if needed.

Guillermo took the time to explain what to expect with my brother’s case and the next steps to take. My brother is at an immigration detention center and I hired Guillermo to help him prepare for the credible interview process. Austin Would give 6 stars if possible. Mr. Elder and his associate Johnathan Ellzey are by far two of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have met. Mr. Elder helped my business with a real estate contract question when we were first starting out, then met with me to discuss how to incorporate a homeowners association. Finally, when our business became nearly bankrupted and we were stuck without a lawyer Mr. Elder and Mr. Ellzey helped immensely as we prepared to appeal to the Texas Supreme Court. Thank you for your time spent helping us.

Andrea I I contacted Whalen Law Office to provide legal advice concerning an issue at work. No legal action had been filed against me but I wanted some preliminary advice. They set up a free consultation within the week. They even provided a recommendation for a civil attorney as well to make sure that my situation was evaluated fully. They were also willing to review my email that would be sent to my companys executive team. A few weeks later, they followed up to see if I had any further questions. They helped me make a difficult decision and now I feel confident in my decision. I will return to Whalen Law Offices if my situation results in further legal action.
