1 /5 Christopher Land: I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Attorney Keith Gould. Throughout my family law case, it was evident that he was never prepared for court. We found ourselves having to remind him of substantial details right before each hearing, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. This lack of preparation severely undermined our case.
Additionally, we paid several thousand extra dollars for him to file the paperwork for a trial by jury. Unfortunately, he forgot to file the paperwork, so the trial by jury never happened. This was a critical oversight that could have significantly impacted the outcome of our case.
Moreover, once Attorney Gould realized that the opposing attorney was better prepared and effectively arguing against him, he completely stopped returning our phone calls and emails. His abandonment of our case in this crucial time was both unethical and distressing.
The final straw came when his office failed to notify us of our final hearing. Missing this crucial court date due to his negligence was not only devastating but also likely detrimental to the resolution of our case.
I had previously hired Attorney Gould for a couple of smaller cases, and we didn’t get to see his abilities or work ethic in full. Unfortunately, when it came to a more significant and complex case, his true lack of professionalism and competence became apparent.
In summary, Attorney Keith Goulds lack of preparation, failure to file important paperwork, poor communication, and failure to notify us of critical court dates have caused us significant distress and financial loss. I would strongly advise against hiring him for any family law matters.
