Esther Garcia I highly recommend BCP for your legal needs. From the beginning they explained everything fully and clearly so that I understood my situation. The staff always returned my calls and kept me informed regarding my case and promptly responded to any questions we had. They were all very professional and treated me with kindness and respect. Ruben Marquez Be totally honest i was really nervous not they fact that i didnt know Mr. Cargill but because i never been a situation of having to use a lawyer nor has nobody in my family but between Christi and Mr. Cargill they made it a so smooth and explain everything step by step. I had several visits and several explanations from Christi showing where we were at and how the process was going. She always really fast on responding my texts messages and some even when she was on vacation knowing she didnt have too. Sheraden in the front desk always real on going and keeping up with stuff. Buddy Tarver Scott is awesome man of his word straight up when it come to being realistic about the possible in the court of law explained all options in ways to wear i could understand would recommend him in a second he is most definitely is in your best interest the man actually cares and is good at what he does.

Steve Bolgiano Mr. Jenkins is a very out standing man with impeccable character. He graduated from Baylor law school and I think served on the board of regents at Baylor University. My cousin also graduated from Baylor and he too, is a respected man in Ellis county. I have decided to post this review so anyone else in Ellis county that gets him as a court appointed attorney can read this. I can tell you without a doubt that he will NOT represent you and that he does exactly what the DA tells him to. All attorneys are officers of the court first, and represent their clients second. But in my opinion, he is an officer of the court and does exactly what the DA wants regardless of the best interest of his "client." I was prepared to pay the top of the scale as far as the fine goes ($4,000) spend some time in jail, and be done with my mistake in Ellis county. But on my court date, it was "crammed down my throat " that I would pay a $950 fine with 2 years probation. Like I told him the first day we met, I, Steve Bolgiano am not a candidate for probation, but here I am. So if my probation gets "violated," I wonder if he will represent me for free. I seriously doubt it. Good luck to you.
