The matter we had was a commercial dispute with a nasty landlord and once I contacted Joyal I was immediately put in touch with Rose Marie. The landlords attorney was nothing short of a complete $%#hole and to complicate matters more a 3rd party was involved to purchase the property after we decided not to pursue the purchase any longer. Rose Marie took every call I made (I realize that alone is best in class service as she is busy with other clients and matters) Rose Marie not only took every call but I also never felt rushed or any of my questions werent important. The staff at Joyal was also nothing short of amazing in particular Samantha following Rose Maries example took my calls and questions. They were very responsive and while no client is ever 100% happy with these types of disputes as its all about compromise so everyone has to be reasonable and I felt like i was in very good hands the entire process. He was unavailable at the time but later responded to an email and said he would call me as soon as he could. He promptly called me the next day and we discussed the issue. I found him to be well informed on the issue and he explained to me a course of action that I might take.
