Literally just call and they will do all the work for you!! Jusebia looked up all my sons and my specialists and found an insurance for us where they were all in network so I didnt have to worry about anything. At the beginning there were hiccups with bluecross blueshield but Yusebia was always a phone call away to immediately and easily help us. Carlos Duarte Customer service is fine, but this is the only insurance co. who has denied my claim. A few of my neighbors, whose houses are one or two years younger than mine, have had their roofs replaced. We all went through the same hailstorms, and their claims were not denied. So, my neighbors have new roofs and mine leaked a few months ago. Unfortunately, once you have a claim, approved or not, it goes on your record and good luck getting a decent price quote when talking to another insurer.

Sara Hays I have been doing my home and car insurance with ETEX for about 25-30 years. They have always given me the best quotes and been very responsive to any request I have made. The staff is courteous and helpful. Cannot say enough nice things about this company.
