5 /5 Liv WET: This bank is so awesome! I am 63 years old and have had many many bank accounts. Texas First Bank is by far the best. The personal customer service is amazing. When my bank account was hacked they caught it immediately. The bank contacted me and had me come in and close my account and open a new one. They checked on me and my account daily until everything cleared and all was well. The scammers were trying to clean me out but did not accomplish anything!!! Texas First Bank is so on the ball. Friendly and helpful!! Brandy the bank manager is amazing! So down to earth, extremely helpful and makes you feel so comfortable. I love this bank. Also not a lot of bank fees. You can move money back and forth between the savings and checking as often as you want to with NO penalty. Love it here.
