5 /5 Debra Hamilton: I have used Texas Farm Bureau Insurance for 20+ years and have been very happy with them the entire time. I’ve checked rates at other companies throughout the years but have never received better rates, so I’m staying with TFB-Nueces County. Amanda Meurer is a very nice, courteous and knowledgeable agent. I enjoy working with her and recommend her highly. Thanks to everyone at Farm Bureau!

2 /5 Michael Hood: Lack of customer service. Didnt offer a value offer on saving me as customer. Went with Root Insurance saving more money. The office in Midland, just awful regarding voice system and trying to get a hold of someone. The office in Corpus the lady showed no empathy regarding system being down for two days and no, value statement on me being a customer. Overall hugely dispointed, the lady who sold me the policy was just odd upfront. Feedback to company: please retrain your office staff on better customer service skills and having a better answering service. Thanks

5 /5 Philip Byars: The main agent and the insurance sales rep are awesome! They both have excellent customer service skills and it was a pleasure to speak with. Im not sure what the previous comment was talking about... Ive not encountered any of those issues.

5 /5 Express Air Manager: Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Amanda Muerer works hard to get you the best insurance rate. She is professional. polite, and friendly.

1 /5 Nick Yanez: Needed to switch account. The agent came to out house comes out of the agent and told us we had the wrong form. Still waiting on the form and had to overdraft due we do not use the account on file. Cannot change it online. I dont understand why I cannot get this form in a timely manner, but to come sell us a better policy they run to make a meeting. Our old agent was amazing. Now our new agent is terrible.
