The office in Midland, just awful regarding voice system and trying to get a hold of someone. The office in Corpus the lady showed no empathy regarding system being down for two days and no, value statement on me being a customer. Overall hugely dispointed, the lady who sold me the policy was just odd upfront. Feedback to company: please retrain your office staff on better customer service skills and having a better answering service. Thanks
